Nominated Racing Manager/Race Day Secretary

The nominated racing manager/race day secretary is the person who will receive framed fields from TROTBritain and a PDF of card pages. They will liaise with TROTBritain and its appointed officials before, during, and after race day.

Results Submission Contact

Person responsible for sending full official results of trotting races to TROTBritain (trotbritaingb@gmail.com). With our permission, these are also to be sent to the BHRC.

Video recorder and person responsible for making official race videos accessible by TROTBritain within 24 hours of the race.

Veterinarian covering veterinary treatment at the race meetings detailed in this track contract.

First Aider providing first aid/medical treatment at the race meetings detailed in this track contract.

Trotting track stewards whom the racing organisation has secured availability of, to fulfil stewarding duties of the race meetings named within this track contract.

N.B. All trotting track stewards will be under the authority of the TROTBritain Chief Steward or their authorised replacement.

Please tick to confirm that affiliation with the British Harness Racing Club (BHRC) for 2025 has been agreed for the race meetings detailed on this track contract, or will be agreed before racing takes place in 2025.
